Я например полгода назад через Lossless Scaling включал FSR - не могу сказать что мне понравилось то что я увидел.

1 - texture already supported by engine. you can use BC7 for 2d UI for example. there some issues with using it with models
2 - mostly like no
3 - mostly like no because no one work on it as of now. but if someone will provide MR we will be happy to get it
4 - FSR (and other variants of upscale) probably will appear if we found a good example how to add them)

for grass - we already have it in private branches but unfortunately it does not work so good in terms of performance

Thanks for the answers Joye :o) To be more detailed the problem I had when trying to use BC7 was that the entire game just froze during loading, it was a BC7 texture for a weapon model.
