Layout of Registration page

Elements on registration page are not aligned.

• align labels and inputs
• address field is too big (wrong input type)
• remove second status bar from header

Preferences insonsistencies

The status boxes section on the preferences page is inconsistent.
Need to make a decision about which to keep.

Registration input validation

Javascript can be utilized to validate input before submitted.

I think this can be actually done natively in HTML 5! (someone should verify this)

Registration page tool tips

Tool tips can be added to input fields, text is removed when user inputs text

Data validation

Places where data validation should happen (either HTML 5 or javascript)
