No, I haven’t seen this. And I haven’t seen reports of touches being dropped when the main thread is blocked.

Thanks for your input. After diving deeper into this, it's completely unrelated to OLEContainerScrollView. The cells I was displaying on screen perform a UIView transition. The transition did not have the UIViewAnimationOptionAllowUserInteraction specified, which cause the touches on the view to be disabled.
