What do you mean by horizontal? Table views always scroll vertically because they don't support anything else. If you want to arrange multiple table views side by side and have the entire container view scroll both horizontally and vertically, you would have to rewrite the layout computations in -[OLEContainerScrollView layoutSubviews].
This is not currently supported and I won't be working on it since I don't need that at the moment. The hard part is not necessarily computing the layout for one particular case, but to make the whole thing general enough to support multiple layout options (vertical, horizontal, with padding between the views, etc.).
