Linux Bluetooth Library for Java

I'm trying to use your library to scan for iBeacon devices, using several Bluetooth dongles connected to a single Raspberry PI
I'm trying to get a List of all Bluetooth dongles connected via USB using
ObjectManager.getAdapters()
However, as a result I'm getting a List<Adapter1>
with only one object, or none, if no dongles are connected.
I was trying to use your lbt4j library
I think I need to compile the libbluezdbus in 64bit.
When I try to load library libbluezdbus.so I get this message
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: You have loaded library /usr/lib/libbluezdbus.so which might have disabled stack guard. The VM will try to fix the stack guard now.
It's highly recommended that you fix the library with 'execstack -c ', or link it with '-z noexecstack'.

Been trying to use this API for the last two days since BlueCove's license on linux causes licensing issues for my project.
The issue is is there is no information for a number of important aspects of using this API.
These include
Registering a UUID (GattService1 with custom code)
Retrieving a GattService for communication as none are registered on first start
Communicating with another device (In this case with an Android phone)
There is no information on the purpose of the ObjectManagerSignalListener or any other aspects other than finding an adapter, reading paired devices, trusting them and connecting with predefined UUID's
The source code isn't available either to try to reverse engineer this API in hopes of learning how to use it.
Could really do with more relevant information to make this API usable.
An Agent1 object can be successfully been registered with BlueZ's AgentManager1, but during pairing it is expected that the Agent1 call-back method is invoked. That does not happen. Instead the desktop's agent popup is displayed. Something wents wrong. I need to find out why AgentManager1's registerAgent() and requestDefaultAgent() do fail, but cause no exception.
