Consider moving to this base miniconda image instead of the current continuumio miniconda image.
Current deploy is manual and follows these steps. Pushes to container registry take long and use lots of bandwidth (currently ~3GB).
Investigate moving to Heroku building the images and CI/CD using heroku.yml file.
