Modernizr little fix

Hello , on your line if (!!Modernizr) you should check on the window object.
like this, if (!!window.Modernizr) , cause when you don't have Modernizr you are getting
Uncaught ReferenceError: Modernizr is not defined

Send something to ALL user connected

I wan't to send a Packet (it's useless), but i wan't to send it for ALL of connected user, but i don't know how can i do... :/
