Getting error on installing the requirements from the file

I cloned and do as per the instruction, but when I am trying to install the requirements.txt file, I am getting the following error;

Application is stopped after taking snapshot

Stops after snapshot

Hello I am trying to implement this project but it stops after taking snapshot
Any advice on how to go about this will be really helpful
