Support for easily paging across list results

Paging support on list results is very much needed.

Automate RequestDigest

Automate the process to get X-RequestDigest within the library. Could be done in a rest call and maintain the RequestDigest until it expires.

Making new RequestDigest calls conservatively would be a plus.

Implement CRUD calls for list

The library should be able to make CRUD operation on a list name provided with the site URL.

• Read list
• Create list item
• Update list item
• Remove list item

Good branding

Just to make Sharepoint, and using this library fun.

Create a good library name that needs to be used while consuming the library. Keep it simple.

Read single list item

The library should be able to read a single list item. Probably merged in the 'get' method of the list with optional ID parameters.

Method chaining pattern for queries.

Method chaining for filters can be very user friendly. This is a long shot, but making calls to a list in the following patter can be a huge plus for developers.

Publish sp-jello on npm

People queries.

Queries to /_api/web/siteusers are pretty common in JS. esp. for people pickers. Would be great to have a small utility in jello to do this.

X-RequestDigest not being fetched conservatively.

The RequestDigest call is being fired for every list request. Fixes needed on expiry check.

Ability to perform CRUD on list properties

User should be able to query to a list with $filter, $select and $top.

Get call on list should have configurable $top

0.1 gets a default 100 entries from the list. The top should be configurable.
