Installation

Before installing make sure you have nodejs 6.6+ and npm 4+ installed already.

• Clone this repository.
• Install dependencies: npm install
• Rename confg/airpurifier.env.example to config/airpurifier.env
• Edit your config/airpurifier.env file and replace all the necessary information. Like MQTT credentials, etc.
• Install PM2: npm install -g pm2
• Finally run: pm2 start process.json

Tried but it doesn't work with Air Purifier 2S

I dont' know if this project is already abandoned but since I desperately want my Xiaomi Air Purifier 2S to publish the mqtt temperature data for other home automation purposes so I decided to give it a try.

However, up on trying, I found that there's no message in the topic "saymi/XXXXXX/cmnd/get_data", which supposes to be where the temperature value is. So it doesn't seem to work in my case.

Can you please kindly help what have I done wrong? I put all device ID, name, ip address and token (using miio discover --sync command) but still doesn't work.
