Figure out how this would be done. Think about how the frontend and the backend parts would all be deployed to the DFINITY Internet Computer in the end. In other words, you are our deployment guru:)
Currently, organizations in the network are hard-coded. Ideally, you would want to have some function that's generic enough to generate any number of organizations and their crypto material without asking the network developer to hard code them. Will hopefully get to this issue someday.
The GA is basically the admin. He has to be authenticated and then he can interact with the network. Try to think about his privileges. Can he approve land transfers? He probably should, no? Etc.
