Data sources other than HiSPARC to evaluate whether formatting is reasonable

Duplication of efforts?

I just discovered that there are libraries like JSparc and Sapphire which make it easy to access the HiSPARC Public Database API. This can give us a good lead, since we can now use these libraries to fetch the HiSPARC data without having to reinvent the wheel. We might be able to build upon them to support the generic cosmic ray data format.

To Do: Output data from HiSPARC to different formats

Data in form of event (position data and time) converted to python dict - try output to JSON, FITS, etc. data types to try robustness/usefulness
