I think the FSQ page should have a FAQ:

How does the OCA Ontology relate to the ontology being developed by the Threat Actor Context (TAC) Technical Committee?

FAQ on Terminology/Taxonomy/Ontology

There should be a FAQ for those new to this field on what ontology is and explaining Terminology vs Taxonomy vs Ontology

Repo should have a code of coduct

FAQ on NIEM

I think the FAQ should have a question:

How does OCA Ontology relate to the ontology developed as part of the OASIS-open NIEM project (https://drive.google.com/file/d/10BIX-G88lfQ6D3QybP1H7-Tf4KNo5xtj)?

Repo should have a CONTRIBUTING.md

to encourage participation, the repo should have a contributing page (and reference it in readme) on how to contribute.
Does the group use a fork&pull approach or rebase?

The contributing page should either directly contain governance info or it should reference a GOVERNANCE.md page. How are contributions reviewed (ie explain OCA wg meetings open to all)? Who are project maintainers? etc

FAQ on Value of OCA ontology

The FAQ should have a "Why OCA ontology needed?" to help with awareness/participation/adoption. Ie why will having an OCA onotolgy make cybersecurity automation cheaper/better/faster?
