Stateful Async Aggregation Engine

An Aggregation Engine is a query engine but which provide an additional method update and can be in three states

• READY the query engine is running, this is the solely state in which the query functionality is available
• UPDATING the engine is preparing the knowledge base: downloading ontologies, performing reasoning and anything else is required
• ERROR some error occurred during the last update. This state may be fixed with a subsequent update

problem with subproperty axioms

p subProperty of q, and x p y. After reasoning we should have x q y but we have no such assertion in the generated ontology sent on the standard output.

on rebuild sparql error 500 is returned

build opendatahacklab ontology. All ok. Build another time. Sparql queries will fail with error 500. On semantic octopus console the query has no error but returns 0 rows. After another build situation goes normal.
