Make overly transparent and smaller

It just hits you in the face. Make it a little bit transparent and reduce the size. Maybe 80% width and 80% height for example, something like that. Because right now it just looks like i'm suddenly on another website, ist a bit strange :D

Bad character escaping for translated strings

Hi,
I am using a browser with "it" as preferred locale and the legend shows "Servizio per l'impiego" instead of "Servizio per l'impiego". I assume it could be due to a improper HTML character escaping.

Translate manually with transifex or smthg like that

Leave google, seriously. Annoying.

Put everything in strings and create a transifex for translating, that would be great :) So people can contribute to translate it and you don't need google.

Also, when you ask about suggestions in the forum, you might check and respond as well :p
