Expose AuditLogEvent, migrate to string for action type

1. Introduce in Contracts projects a new event - AuditLogEvent:
   {
   Guid AdminUserId,
   String ActionType, //enum
   DateTime Timestamp,
   String ActionJsonContext //optional
   }
2. Migrate from enum to string in Client API for AddAuditLogAsync and GetAuditLogsAsync for action type
3. Implement subscriber to AuditLogEvent, so it would add new audit log entry the same way as it's done in AddAuditLogAsync implementation.

Expose endpoints for adding and fetching audit logs

Need to expose these 2 endpoints in client API:

1. Task AddAuditLogAsync(AddAuditLogRequest request);

   Add corresponding validation for request
   Admin user email must be resolved from adminUserId and persisted to db
