CSV can be delimited by ; it depends on your windows or program settings. My settings uses ; for the same reasone expressed here

Edit: it seems that CSV support metadata and there is one for setting the separator that works on Excel.

Just add sep=; at the at the top of the file.
Edit2: maybe it work only with Excel.
