Missing repo alternative: solarfactors

https://github.com/pvlib/solarfactors is missing in the list of repos, although the original pvfactors is listed.
I'd like to see solarfactors listed too.

Add pvcaptest to tracker?

Hi @bt-, I wonder if you'd like pvcaptest to be included in this project's statistics tracking website? Adding pvcaptest would mostly mean adding a new notebook using one of the others as a starting point. The GitHub stats can be pulled without anything else, but unfortunately tracking ReadTheDocs statistics requires admin access, so that would require giving my RTD account (kanderso-nrel) access to the RTD project. Fine to not do that if you don't want, although not having docs statistics results in a rather boring report :P

Migrate repository elsewhere?

In part to shift it towards being a community project and in part because I don't like seeing my handle in the webpage url, I want to rehome this repository somewhere else. @wholmgren would it be a good fit for the openpvtools organization?
