D2k - Add d2k.pal
There used to be a d2k.pal in d2k bits long time ago, which is basically d2k's PALETTE.BIN but in the format CnC games use. OpenRA can read the .BIN file, but d2k.pal is required to work on stuff like SHP Builder. It doesn't seem like i have it on this PC, would be nice to keep it here.
Backport D2k chrome sprite changes
Backport the changes from OpenRA/OpenRA#17504 to the source PSD files for D2k.
Recreate RA dialogs in SVG
The dialogs are currently a raster but the art is simple and can be easiliy recrated as SVG. See OpenRA/OpenRA#17495 (review)
Update logo
I have some thoughts on updating the logo. Making it a little clearer and more balanced, while keeping the color scheme and shadow idea intact, could help modernize it a little bit.
Would the development team be interested? Attaching a prospective design.
Recreate RA sidebar in SVG
A bit more effort than #10 but still feasible.
