I think openSUSE admin would be a better place. openSUSE Leap 15.4 is now listed on https://mirrors.opensuse.org/. @tacerus Can you please close this issue?

yep, sorry for not updating earlier. Even though 15.4 was back long time ago, there was long task for complete rework on mirrors.opensuse.org , so I wanted to finish it more or less before closing issues.
Currently mirrors.opensuse.org is just a proxy over mirrorcache.opensuse.org/report/mirrors , so it is fine if reports come here.
I will close the call, but let me know if any issue (there are many improvements to do: some are cosmetic, some are more complex).
