Fix timezone in DTO date fields

Currently there are fields in DTOs that use hardcoded KGT timezone
We need to figure out user's timezone both on Hub and client side and use it.

Refactor createEnvironmentFromBlueprint to use convention

the method createEnvironmentFromBlueprint is implemented differently from the other methods , it uses DTO whereas we use interface and client supplies implementations via factory methods.
To keep it consistent we need to refactor this method

Implement Kurjun token obtainment

In order to work with private templates, client must have a Kurjun token.
For this client must be able to sign data with user PGP private key which is registered with Kurjun.

Support private raw file upload

We need to support upload of private raw file (currently uploaded file is public by default)
