This was an exercise to help me understand vectors. Here I was able to create 2 vectors and push these into a 2d vector. I then proceeded to update and display these vectors with vector syntax.

As part of my 100 days of code, I made an app that connects to an API that receives weather data and coverts into a json file, the program will then convert json data into python dictionary data. This will send out a sms message to my/any phone. If the weather code is equals or greater than a certain code, it will alert me to "Take an umbrella".
