Swiss Army Knife for WordPress is a standalone tool which allows you to perform some recovery operations on your WordPress site. This tool is intended to be used for a short time only and then removed in order to prevent security issues. The tool records the current IP address and browser info and will not work with from any other IP or browser.

Generated .htaccess files lead to redirect loops

I'm not sure why but after generating .htacess files I was getting redirect loops when opening /wp-admin.
I'll try to investigate this issue on a clean install and report back.

Also, wp-config.php protection part was added to /wp-admin/.htaccess, which is useless because wp-config.php resides in site root or above it.

mod_unblock who.is URLs time out

When IP address links to who.is are clicked the request times out.
How about using ipduh.com for IP lookups?

It would also be nice if there was an option to configure what service to use for that.
