unrecognized dbms option: mysql

Hi

I'm trying to test MySQL performance.

I ran the following:
cmake -H. -Bbuilds/release -DDBMS=mysql

But when I run dbt2-run-workload, I receive an error in my results/client log. dbt2 client doesn't seem to be built with mysql support.

dbt2-client -a mysql
unrecognized dbms option: mysql

How do I build the project with mysql support?

After running the workload using dbt2-driver3, while processing the data sometimes I see the below error

DB statistics collection takes too long time

When running dbt2-run-workload with a target duration set to 2 hours, database statistics takes almost 4 hours.
