Improve texture mipmapping

• Manual mipmapping control is not possible in WebGL (see also WebGL reference, e.g., textureGrad function is missing)
• Automatic mipmapping does not seem to work on Windows

Relativistic Doppler shift

• for the accretion disk (black body)
• for the stars (black body)
• for the planet
• for the Milky Way backgorund using some black body approximation (see https://github.com/oseiskar/black-hole/blob/numeric-notebooks/spectra.ipynb)
• or the Milky Way using real infrared, UV, hydrogen-alpha, etc. data if freely available (see http://chromoscope.net/) (wontfix)

Improved lighting model for the planet

Currently based on a point light source. Area lighting from accretion disk could be precomputed to a texture using raytracing. Handling the spectral data / doppler shift might be difficult.

Toggle gravitational lensing

Automatic quality selection

Should check the frame rate, e.g., during first few seconds and toggle higher quality if it reaches a certain threshold. Also mobile browser detection could be used to start with the lowest quality on mobile devices.

Re-enable zoom

Fix jagged planet surface coordinates with Lorentz contraction

... and "light travel time" enabled

Fix blind spot when looking away from the black hole

Solver/raytracer artefact. (incorrectly asserting the rays have ended up inside the even horizon?) Also shows a nasty artefact when the planet passes by near the blind spot.
