Create core tetrominoe representation.

All possible Tetrominoes are covered by the Tetris Wikipedia page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetris

Representation details:

• Each tetromino can be represented with an MxN array.
  • One array for each rotation for each tetromino.
  • Each array needs to bring with it an origin point which defines which spot in the tetromino which will hold its position.
• Each tetromino needs to define which texture it's using.

Add Initial High Scores Support

• Needs UI
  • Button on the main menu.
  • Simple table layout.
• JSON file in app data directory.
  • 5 entries max

Code for adding and updating high scores in the game can come later.

Remove Delay When Rebinding Controls

Existing code.

Nez - Investigate disabled UI controls still being activatable with keyboard.

While working on the options menu it appeared that disabled controls could still be activated with the keyboard but not the mouse. If this is the case it's pretty undesirable.

Add falling Tetrominoes to Main Menu

Blocked by #4.

While the main menu is displayed a number of randomly chosen Tetrominoes in random orientations should be displayed falling down the screen until the user decides to start a game.

Key details:

• Best number of falling Tetrominoes is undecided.
• Falling speed should vary between Tetrominoes.
• Some should already be falling when the application starts.
