Not all user collections are returned

This is an issue with the API.

Steps To Replicate:

• Run the 8tracks_api_tester program.
• Select option D
• Enter http://8tracks.com/users/9001966/collections.json?include=pagination
• Look at the total_entries value and you will see it is 62.
• Enter http://8tracks.com/users/9001966/collections.json?include=mix_sets[names]&per_page=100
• Copy all the mix_sets entries into a text editor and search for u'name'.
• You will see only 47 collections have been returned, even though 100 is defined in the parameters.
