Description

Create an add-to-projects.yml for adding issues and pull requests to GitHub projects.

• Support project name
• Support project ID (Found in the GitHub project URL)

Secret name github_token within workflow_call cannot be used

Description

Secret name github_token within workflow_call can not be used since it would collide with system reserved name.

Acceptance

• Rename secret or potentially remove the secret
