Serve the routes geoJSON file

Provide a route to download the geoJSON file with all the routes of the Brussels network.

If the routerdb file gets overwritten, reload it back into RAM

Add colour property to the routing result

If the colour of the is in the properties returned by the API, we can use that colour to display the route instead of the red color now.
It would be easier for the user to see the route divided by color on the map that on long red line.

add script to extract routes

Add script to extract the gfr routes from osm data from based on https://github.com/oSoc17/rideaway-data.
This way we don't need to depend on http://cyclenetworks.osm.be.
