Handle "unsafe" entries

Some content types use "unsafe" entries that contain HTML code. The H5P CLI tool complains about them, however. The tool does not allow to add those as exceptions. A pull request to H5P CLI currently does not make sense, because it's being rewritten completely.

Temporary (🤞) workaround: Parse the diff output and ignore all "unsafe translation" entries for determining the exit cofe.

Other fix option: Create a custom H5P translation checker.
