Dear professors，

I‘m trying to analyze data according to the guidelines. After installing software on python successfully, it's error when using react_normalize and react_masks functions. I don't know if any steps I missed.

random documentation incompletenesses

• The link to Pypi is broken
• The url in setup.py is missing
• The installation instructions are misleading (for conda, one does not need to install the requirements)
• The minimum numpy version should be 1.14 (nibabel requires it)

add requirements to manifest

The new version of build needs the requirements.txt file to be included in the MANIFEST.in list. For the moment we can keep using version 0.4.0 of build.
