react-fmri's Issues

Dear professors,

I‘m trying to analyze data according to the guidelines. After installing software on python successfully, it's error when using react_normalize and react_masks functions. I don't know if any steps I missed.

random documentation incompletenesses

  • The link to Pypi is broken
  • The url in setup.py is missing
  • The installation instructions are misleading (for conda, one does not need to install the requirements)
  • The minimum numpy version should be 1.14 (nibabel requires it)

error message 'FileNotFoundError' when running react_masks

Hello
I had the following error message when running react_masks:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/home/sapmc4/.local/lib/python3.6/site-packages/nibabel/loadsave.py", line 42, in load
stat_result = os.stat(filename)
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ''
