Add tests

API tests beyond just the current doc tests, especially for failure routes
CLI tests with assert_cmd

Tests sometimes fail due to ID starting with hyphen

When a hypothesis ID starts with a hyphen ('-') then the CLI tests fail because it tries to parse it as an argument. Can't seem to figure out how to escape with quotes with assert_cmd to fix this. In the actual CLI escaping with quotes fixes this issue.

search fails: Make sure input fields are valid

Running hypothesis-client profile user succesfully reports my account info, but hypothesis-client annotations search fails like this:
