after a while shops not working

when i start the server all works fine but after a while no shops open anymore
no errors in console or f8 but still not working.

the barber and tattoos shop dont even work from the beginning on.

enhancement

can u add any context menu and remove command for otfits and add a place only where u can acess the outfits menu
