latest site doesn't build

the error message is:

seems we're missing the writers file and the _includes dir, it can be copied from:
https://github.com/OWASP/www-community/blob/master/_includes/writers.html

Create OWASP conference table package

During the July Outreach Committee call we agreed that we could setup a suggested conference package that the foundation could ship in support of OWASP tables in conferences.

In order to close this ticket we need:

List of suggested artwork
List of suggested swag and formats
A suggested relevant playbook for ordering shipping and expensing the "conference package" per world region.
A suggested slide-deck/talking points(?)
Since, to my understanding, OWASP cannot promote commercial distributors, the list of suggested distributors can be private

The purpose of this action is to enable volunteers to represent OWASP in events with tables
