Add loading icon/button when fetching the Array list.

• When the user clicks on the Question List items, the list should show loading, and if the list is empty, it should show no answers text at the moment. You can use React Suspense or the hooks loading state.

Style the form field

• The form currently is not styled. Add styling using material UI

CORS issues on Heroku from Netlify

• Currently getting weird CORS issues when deployedon netlify.

Test Get and Post

• There is currently no test for post using Axios. You will need to mock the http post method to test it.
• There is no test for get as well. You will need to write test to test HTML5 EventSource.

Pre-append latest answer to the list.

• When the answer list is loaded, it sorts from the latest answer. However, when an answer is added. it appends to the end of the answer list unless you reload the page. Can you figure out how to pre-append it in real-time?

Pagination required

• The answer list returns 100 latest answers at once. It will be nice to add some sort of pagination or infinite scroll.
