Can this project be resurrected ?

Hello, I see that this project has not been active for a long time, but I hope it could be resurrected as its name is just perfect to refer to a pyinfra deploy targeting tinc vpn deployments.

I would like to try and contribute by doing the following :

1. Setup the project to follow PEP 621 to modernize the build setup
2. Setup the licensing files to allows contributor additions
3. Upgrade the deploys scripts to use pyinfra 2/3 syntax and facilities instead on pyinfra 1 that is in use right now.
4. Use a namespace package "pyinfra-vpns" to allows integrations to others repositories in the niche of vpn deployments in due time.

I hope the modifications above are acceptable and could then be pulled here, then released as a new version of the deploy.
If this is not possible for any reasons, I would like to know. I would then to the above and publish it myself to another name from a new repository instead of the fork I am working on right now.
