[s3-proxy] Re-create Pods when configuration is updated

Hi,

currently, when I just update the configFiles settings, the Pods are not recreated, so the changed configuration does not take place. I currently work around it with a custom manual annotation, but it would come handy if the Helm chart could take care of it. Thanks!

[s3-proxy] Provide S3 via secret

Currently, it does not seem to be possible to provide the S3 credentials via secret. The env parameter only allows for key/value pairs, secretFiles mount files, they cannot be parsed since s3-proxy expects the only content of a credentials file to be the actual value, not a document containing multiple values.

Am I missing something? If not, could you please provide this feature? Thanks!
