Thanks for your issue.
It seems to be linked to a configuration not declared.

Actions like PUT and DELETE aren't enabled by default for security reasons.
You can see those options here : https://oxyno-zeta.github.io/s3-proxy/configuration/structure/#actionsconfiguration
This block is available inside the "target" -> "actions".

Can you test this ?
