alot missing from utils.py

The utils.py is missing many critical functions. I don't understand how the program ever worked without these functions.
This project is really cool and id love to get it working to learn from it but unfortunately, that just isn't possible without the missing utils functions.

utils.py seems to lack some code

I am really interested in your work.
Reading the code it seems to me that some functions from the module utils are missing in the file.
If you made the whole code available I think it wuold be a groubdbreaking contribution to the KSP community.
