Boostrap file Not Loading in Pdf

When using the Html2Pdf library that comes with Django, the HTML and CSS file were loading, but the bootstrap wasn't being loaded.

Improper app name

As multiple apps will be created, the app's names must be changed to match their meaning.

The initial app created with the name "app" can be changed to match its usage, i.e. "accounts".

there seems to be a bootstrap file included instead of CDN link.
