Machines always receive max energy

The Math.max on this line causes Minechem machines to always receive the max energy allowed, even if less is available.

As an example, place a Mana Fluxfield from Botania next to a Minechem machine, and it will power the machine even if it isn't receiving mana.

Molecules that are meant to provide effects are not consumable

Title. Trying to consume molecules that are meant to give the player some effects (i.e. cocaine, penicillin, etc) cannot be consumed, outside of cyanide. The effects can only be applied if the chemical is used to lace foods, then the food is eaten.

Textures and models not loading, leading to crash

I added the alpha build of MineChem for version 1.12.2 to my pack, but for some reason, the game adamantly refuses to load the textures or models, as seen in this image- this leads to a crash if anything tries to load a model such as the Microscope. Easiest way to trigger that is to check JEI, or even just see its tab in Creative. I opened the .jar in a file viewer, and have confirmed all the models and textures are there, they're just...not loading for some reason. I downloaded the .jar from the alpha-build page of the website. I'm not sure if there's a mod conflict, or if perhaps the download didn't save correctly. I am not using any resource packs, the game is running default.

Item duplication bug

While using the syntesis machine, double clicking an item would also stack the items in the scheme, duplicating them.

Synthesizing items from radioactive materials doesn't work

Not entirely certain what causes it, but I believe because of how radioactive half life times work, it causes the chemical synthesizer to not be able to create items from radioactive materials. For example, when attempting to synthesize a nether star, despite the fact I had three different stacks of 16 copernicium in the machine, all other related materials, as well as supplied with enough power, it simply wouldn't craft.

The copernicium in the crafting table area seemed to be counting down its half life as well

Broken Metal Dust Recipes

So the generated Synthesis recipes for Silver, Lead, Platinum, Nickel, Aluminium, and Iridium Dust have no inputs, causing the Synthesis Machine to generate Silver Dust from nothing (since its recipe is first)

Automation not working

Hello,
Tried many way, extracting objects from reactors doesn't work
Tested each side, with thermal itemducts, ender io conduits, extra utilities transfer nodes, unable to extract something

Synthesis Recipe Exploit/Bug

Forge Version: 1.12.2-14.23.5.2808
Minechem Version: 1.12.2-2.0.133a

When decomposing 1 leather in the Chemical Decomposer it creates 1 Keratin,
that 1 Keratin can then be used in the Chemical Synthesizer to make 5 leather.
So you can create infinite leather from 1 leather....

Wow, I think the synthesis is a server killer in second profession

Step to reproduce: Hum... Install minechem, and VOILA!! (Sorry)

Ho...! by the way, the synthesis produce diamons without recipe, UNLIMITED diamonds!
