Requires TS 4.1

Use as

export const ScopedAnimal = scopedVariant('animal', {
   dog: fields<{...}>(),
   bird: {},
});

then to match

const func = (anim: ScopedAnimal) => match(descope(anim), {
    dog: constant(4),
    default: constant(5),
});
