Request to update the code for new API version

the API for openai has been updated recently so most of the code may need an update. can this please be addressed? Thank you!

The Chapter 5 "models.py" file is missing in the code, so no questions and answers can be saved.

Also, the database is not being initialized properly.

Chapter 7 Reply Tool doesn't work with new Outlook app

The Reply Tool code only works with the older Microsoft Outlook. It does not connect to Microsoft's New Outlook app
