Initialze needs to be a function

Alot of functions are dupes on multiple pages. I want them cleaned to a single func page and referenced once to reduce compiling costs

This file feeds the blockNumber page. Its not updated accurately via inputs.py. Should be

Factom Needs Adjustment to 8 decimal

Im thinking of automating new coin additions.
Eg.) New coin is found through a TRY/EXCEPT function. We take the address and save the values from the contract through the ABI. The decimal variable will determine what function is run. That info will then be displayed or defaulted if an error occurs.
Currently the explorer will crash on every new coin transaction.

Website Goes Down On Node Failure

I want the website to stay up in the last known state instead of throwing Internal error.
This can be solved by writing new catch code to throw a default in any instance relying on a node connection.
