Port solution to .Net Standard

Rename extension classes

Extension classes currently have the Ex at the end of the name of the class. They should be renamed to ~Extensions.
Example: EnumEx -> EnumExtensions

Change the file names too to keep them consistent with the class names.

Refactor Option and OptionFactory

Right now the OptionFactory.cs contains a static Option class used as factory and we also have a real Option which is a generic struct. We need to refactor this.

Create a fantastic, first-class README.md which is important for new visitors.

Create a common namespace for all PPB libraries and add Option library to that namespace

Do you have any suggestions for the namespace name?
I was thinking of PaddyPowerBetfair.Common.{library-name}.Option?

Improve test coverage around the solution

Add Travis-ci badge to the README.md page

The build passing badge that is visible at https://travis-ci.org/PaddyPowerBetfair/Option can be added to our README.md file.

This provides a handy link to the travis-ci site as well as a handy indication that the pipeline is healthy.

Have a look at how the RabbitMqClient README.md uses the travis badge.

Remove the OptionComputationExpressionBuilder class

The OptionComputationExpressionBuilder class should be removed. Its methods should be extension methods of the Option type.

Create CI (suggested using Travis) to build and run the tests

Remove MSTest and use xunit

Remove MSTest and replace with xunit

Change TargetFrameWork of test project to .NET Standard

Create nupkg and deploy to Nuget.org
