This shouldn't be hard. All the tools I use are either Python, or open-source. It should be just a matter of packaging and testing.

Flash programming algorithm should be modified to do verification after each byte

GUI needs update to handle serial timeouts better, especially when reading/writing flash

Add ID to all targets, and support different features on different targets based on this ID

Right now, the command line client needs to know which chip you are using. Ideally, we have a 1 byte ID which signifies things like:

• Whether or not you chip supports port I/O or not
• The size of your Address and Data Bus
• etc.

Then we can handle all these things in a transparent way. This will require a small change to all targets, and is also required to support longer I2C messages for systems with bigger address or data buses. (CP1610 on Intellivision T-Card will be the test case for this.)

Does it make sense for me to push an update here that includes the Demon Debugger back-end source code for the Intellivision? I have no issue sharing it with the world.
