I wonder.. the aefs_demo.m file looks like uses a discrete 'class' for the gnd.
Can this autoencoder be used to continuous values?

Error using lbfgsC: Requested array exceeds maximum array size preference

Hi Noah,

Thank you for contributing your code for this paper! However, when I tried to run aefs_demo.m (the pretrain function specifically) in Matlab, an error about using lbfgsC occurred saying that requested array exceeds maximum array size preference. The requested array size was very very very large. Since I have not changed your code at all, I wondered how you managed to run this program, and could you please tell me how to fix this problem?
