Updates to 1.16

Would it be possible to get this updated for 1.16? Alternatively, provide the steps used to generate the files and I will create a PR with the updates.

Add ability to get all items

In case someone just wants the whole list, which is entirely possible. Provide option for indicating if you want them all by id or name. Consider also supporting array format.

Add item images/icons

Provided as a zip here: http://minecraft-ids.grahamedgecombe.com/items.zip

Add them to the build process and provide them through the API possibly as base64 via get()

Allow get items by name with non-exact match

Currently get by name is a case-insensitive exact match. That's fine, but a more search-like approach should also be provided so that you can look for "diamond" and get all things diamond.
