Change repo address of echoswagger to pangpanglabs

change BehaviorLoggerName ->ContextLogger

After creating or updating, `CreateAt`, `UpdatedAt` fields are not set.

Replace middleware RequestID with goutils ContextBase

Refactory error dispatch way between packages

Set basePath for echoswagger

Change position for echomiddleware.ContextDB and echomiddleware.BehaviorLogger

Now, echomiddleware.ContextDB is registered first, then echomiddleware.BehaviorLogger.
This will cause can't set requestId in sqllog.

Fix missing error info in behaviorlog

To avoid data races, use a local variable and pass the number as a parameter when starting the goroutine:
