I haven't been able to reproduce this on Chrome 29 for OS X.
Is it possible you're using one of this project's forks? My extension doesn't replace "cloud" with "butt", it replaces "the cloud" with "my butt". Some of the forks have been known to do simpler cloud -> butt replacement though.

Actually, this is an issue in Hank's cloud to butt chrome extension. But his github doesn't have an issues page...?
Was able to recreate this problem with the chrome extension the github user hank created using your stuff as a base. Windows 7 user. Javascript has to be enabled in order for the issue to be seen. If it's blocked on the page, the redirect doesn't occur.
A drive-by download of malware is attempted when the redirect occurs, which is hilariously/unintentionally malicious.
